Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Manhattan Christian College and a Master’s of Science in Family Therapy from Friends University. I have had many adventures in life, and some of my favorites include being a wife, mom, teacher, veteran, and mentor to many.
I work with people of all ages struggling with various mental and emotional disorders. I strive to provide a safe environment for clients to navigate through their past and present struggles. I am client centered which gives each client the authority to be the expert of their life as I provide professional support, feedback, and education as needed. I do this by using a holistic approach with a range of methods and experiential activities. The process of change can be painful, but not as painful as staying where you are.
